We keep our onboarding process straightforward and transparent for busy families.
Reach out via our contact page to express interest. Let us know your required schedules, your child's age, and if you are looking for immediate space or a future school term.
We review our licensed capacity limits. If a spot is open, we will contact you to set up a quick orientation meeting, chat about your child's needs, and walk you through our operational policies.
Once placement is confirmed, you will receive our standard registration package. This includes emergency contact forms, immunization records tracking, and our official parent handbook agreement.
We believe high-quality out-of-school care should be accessible and affordable. As a licensed facility in British Columbia, we actively participate in provincial fee relief initiatives to assist our families.
Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI): Approved operational funding savings are applied directly to lower monthly fees for qualifying enrolled families automatically.
Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB): Families can additionally apply for further income-tested provincial subsidies. If approved, the BC government covers a portion of child care costs paid directly to the facility on your behalf.
